Air fryer is a fun and simple way to make your favorite fried food at home without the hassle, risk and extra calories that a bucket of oil brings when frying.

1. Peel and wash potatoes, cut into strips (width about 1cm), rinse with water to remove surface starch, put a teaspoon of salt in water, soak for 15 minutes.

3. Brush the air fryer with oil and preheat for 5 minutes.

2. Add onion, 1 tablespoon oyster sauce, 2 tablespoon light soy sauce, 1 tablespoon pepper, 1 tablespoon cooking wine, 1 tablespoon cumin powder and appropriate salt and marinate evenly for more than 1 hour;
3. Brush lamb chops with black pepper sauce on one side, sprinkle with cumin and chilli powder, and roast in an air fryer for 15 minutes.
4. On the other side, brush with black pepper sauce, sprinkle with cumin powder and chilli powder, spread the marinated onion over the lamb chops, sprinkle with minced garlic, and fry for 10 minutes.
